Resulting from major capital investment in a WaterJet Cutting facility, Clydeview now offer to finish machine your products to drawing specification.
Many companies now order WaterJet cut blanks, sending them on for subsequent machining and plating processes. This is not only labour intensive, requiring multiple purchase orders with multiple inspections, but carriage charges frequently add hundreds of pounds to the core order value. Clydeview offers a direct to line facility which saves on these costly additions. Secondary processes may involve, milling, drilling, reaming, tapping, polishing or plating parts which are then delivered direct to customer.
Typically this reduces the total product cost saving the customer moving components through various sub-contractors. Interestingly, feedback suggests the biggest benefit derives from a single contact point, one company dealing with quotations, deliveries, invoices and technical issues.
Our WaterJet Cutting centre is a computer controlled machine capable of accurately cutting most known materials. This flexibility extends through paper, wood, plastics, glass, ceramics, aluminium, brass, stainless steel, through to more exotic materials.
We are constantly amazed by the many applications for our process. Our technical staff would welcome enquiries from existing and new customers to discuss the benefits achieved by our WaterJet system.
